This project comprised six distinct food and beverage venues within a luxury hotel development, including a Pan-Asian restaurant, French pâtisserie, Lebanese restaurant, steakhouse, bar and shisha terrace.

Joining the project following concept design, I was responsible for developing and delivering the interiors through detailed design, technical documentation and construction administration. As the project progressed, I took on an increasingly senior role within the team, leading the day-to-day coordination of the design package while supporting consultants, suppliers and site teams through delivery.

The project recently opened to guests, with the completed venues receiving positive feedback for their atmosphere, detailing and overall guest experience.
